The Apartments Schlossblick are situated in the small village of Presule near Fié allo Sciliar, 15 kilometres from Bolzano, the biggest town in South Tyrol. Good bus connections to Bolzano and the surrounding villages of Fié allo Sciliar, Aica di Fié, Tires, Siusi allo Sciliar, Castelrotto and Alpe di Siusi. Presule is situated at 830 metres above sea level. The village’s highlight is the medieval Castle Presule, a building which dates back to the beginning of 13th century. However, Presule has more to offer : The village is a popular starting point for numerous hiking tours in the Sciliar – Catenaccio Nature Park. In spring and summer destinations like the Sciliar, the laghetto di Fié, the Alpe di Tuff and – of course – the Alpe di Siusi are particular popular. The Alpe di Siusi is the largest high alpine pasture in Europe. In winter it offers more than 60 kilometres of well-prepared slopes and the snowboard park "King Laurin In autumn, the village of Aica di Fié offers traditional South Tyrolean “Törggelen”. You can reach the centuries-old farms via a trail starting in Presule and get delicious specialties as a reward. Moreover, the village of Presule itself has its attractions - the church St. Nicholas as well as numerous historic farms. Come and visit the world of the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009, explore South Tyrol and enjoy – last but not least – the view of Presule Castle.
