You will then receive a final booking confirmation. The remaining amount can then be paid on your arrival.
Right of withdrawal
The Italian consumer protection law does not provide a right to withdraw from the contract. Yet we allow a withdrawal from the contract under the following conditions:
- Up to 4 months prior to arrival the trip can be cancelled free of charge. The deposit will be refunded.
- From 4 months to 45 days before arrival the deposit will be retained.
- From 45 days to 14 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 14 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
If the guest fails to appear or leaves early, the full fee for the entire booking period is to be paid.
Cancellation fees will be charged with the already paid deposit.
In any case, we recommend to get yourself a travel cancellation insurance.
